Old Fashioned Nectarine Crisp

yellow nectarines; peeled and thinly sliced

cup

sugar

cup

all purpose flour

tsp

ground cinnamon

½

cup

unsalted butter

Preheat oven to 175°C.

Place nectarines in a 30cm x 20cm glass baking dish.

Combine next 3 ingredients in a bowl.

Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse meal.

Sprinkle over fruit.

Bake about 1 hour, until bubbly and crisp.
