Grilled White Fish-Nectarine Skewers

Blue Grenadier fillets (or other firm white fish )

fresh nectarines; cut into large cubes
Tbs
olive oil
lemon juice
apple juice
ground sage

tsp
minced garlic

black pepper

Cut fish into large cubes and thread onto skewers with nectarine cubes.
Mix oil, lemon juice, sage, garlic and pepper.

Brush over skewers and barbecue over medium coals for 10 minutes or until done as desired.
